1.2 All orders are processed and shipped on business days (Monday to Saturday, excluding public holidays).
1.3 Shipping times and costs may vary depending on your location and the nature of the product.

2.1 Orders are typically processed within 1-3 business days from the date of purchase.
2.2 During peak seasons or sale periods, processing times may be slightly longer.

3.1 Domestic Shipping (Within India):

Standard Delivery: 5-7 business days.

Express Delivery: 2-4 business days (subject to availability).
3.2 International Shipping:

Delivery times may range from 7-14 business days, depending on the destination.

4. Shipping Charges

4.1 Shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on the product weight, size, and delivery location.
4.2 Free Shipping: Available for orders above ₹99 within India.
4.3 International shipping charges, including any customs duties or taxes, are the responsibility of the buyer.

5. Tracking Your Order

5.1 Once your order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation email or SMS with a tracking number.
5.2 You can track your order through the courier’s website or directly via your SHOKESH INDIA account.

6. Cash on Delivery (COD)

6.1 COD is only available for products purchased from the SHOKESH platform.
6.2 COD orders will incur an additional handling fee of ₹5 if applicable.

7. Delayed or Failed Deliveries

7.1 If your order is delayed due to unforeseen circumstances, we will notify you promptly.
7.2 In case of a failed delivery attempt due to incorrect address or unavailability, our team will contact you for re-delivery. Additional charges may apply for re-shipping.

8. Return to Sender (RTS)

8.1 If an order is returned to us due to incomplete or incorrect address details, we will reach out to confirm the delivery address.
8.2 Customers may be required to pay additional shipping charges for re-dispatch.

9. Damaged or Lost Shipments

9.1 If your order is damaged during transit, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery with photographs of the damaged package and product.
9.2 For lost shipments, please contact us immediately. We will coordinate with the courier service to resolve the issue.
